1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Microne, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to posters, taskers, and all visitors who create an account or browse public content.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate profile information and promptly update it when it changes. Microne may suspend accounts that appear compromised or that violate these terms.
3. Payments and Wallet
Microne facilitates payments for micro-tasks through escrow and wallet balances. Funds held in escrow are released when a poster approves delivery according to platform rules. Fees, currency display, and payout timing may vary by region. You agree not to reverse, dispute, or circumvent payments except through Microne’s official resolution process.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to post illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or infringing content; manipulate applications or reviews; spam other users; or attempt to extract personal data without consent. Task descriptions and deliverables must match what was agreed. Microne may remove content or restrict features to protect the marketplace.
5. Termination
You may stop using Microne at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, pose a risk to other users, or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability limits) will continue after termination.
